SC Republican Party

Horry County Republican Party Strategic Plan:

“Goals without Growth are just Dreams.”

         Membership and Volunteers:

Every Event, Meeting and communication opportunity must include links or hard copies of our membership application.

Chairman’s “Each one ask one” program to be publicized.

Promote Conservative County Clubs who or at least their leadership are members. Recognize those via awards, public posts, advertisement or social comments who are “Helping to achieve the laudable Republican Party platform.”.

Attend, (support), conservative Club functions and invite them to participate in our Events and Membership/Volunteer meetings to be inclusive. “United We Stand and Divided We Fall.”

“One ant alone can carry a grain of sand, but a thousand ants can move a mountain. Just as a single spark can’t light a bonfire, one person’s effort—no matter how determined can only go so far.

It takes a swarm of hands, minds, and wills working together to build something greater than anyone could dream alone.”

  1. “Think of the Republican Party in our county as the trunk of a strong, rooted tree—officially recognized by the State and built to grow and sustain a conservative future. The various Republican and conservative clubs that exist—whether focused on specific issues, age groups, or interests—are like branches sprouting from that same trunk.

Each branch has its own shape and reach, and that’s a good thing. Clubs often engage new audiences, host dynamic events, and bring fresh energy into the fold. That’s the beauty of a healthy ecosystem: different parts working together to reach more people.

But here’s the challenge: when branches start acting like separate trees—competing for sunlight, water, and even roots—what was once a source of strength can become fragmented. Membership dues, volunteer energy, and political influence can get pulled in too many directions. Instead of building one mighty canopy, we risk shading each other out.

As the official Republican Horry County Party, our job isn’t to overshadow the clubs—it’s to support, unify, and guide them as essential parts of the broader mission. We invite every club to see themselves as partners in the same effort, drawing strength from the same roots. Because when we grow together, we win together.”

    Just my opinion!
